A Clock

General Practice is required to deliver a range of primary care services between 18:30 – 20:00 on weekdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on Saturdays with some local discretion allowed. This is a compulsory change to the national primary care contract and Five Elms PCN took on the full running of this service from 1st April 2023.

Our five practices must work together to deliver these services under our network, known as Five Elms Primary Care Network (PCN).
