What We Offer

The cafés are held for 2 hours with refreshments being offered and there are different activities to participate in such as love to move, art workshops, mindfulness and bingo. There are different talks that are held at the cafés that are arranged with a variety of speakers that work within the local community that our patients find very informative.
There will also be opportunities for patients to check in with one of our healthcare professionals to discuss any queries they have and they can also get there blood pressure checked to ensure it is up to date.
