What We Offer

Each café lasts for 2 hours and includes refreshments, along with a variety of engaging activities such as Love to Move, art workshops, mindfulness sessions, and bingo. We host a range of talks, featuring local community speakers who share valuable insights that our patients find highly informative.
Patients will also have the opportunity to speak with one of healthcare professionals about any questions they may have, and can get their blood pressure checked to ensure it's up to date.
