Pharmacy Technician £25-£30K

Are you interested in forward thinking, new, innovative ways of working? Five Elms PCN are recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician to help them develop their medicines optimisation centrally across the 5 practices within PCN. This is a very exciting opportunity to help us design and run the first Pharmacy Hub in Bromley. You will support each of the 5 practices and integrate with the ICB Medicines Management team. 

You will be well supported by the well-established team of Clinical Pharmacists and our current Pharmacy technician. 

We are happy to consider part time, full time and flexible working for the right applicant. 


Health & Wellbeing Coach £25-£28K

Five Elms PCN are seeking to collectively employ a Health and Wellbeing Coach. The post holder will work closely with GP Practice Managers and staff, with GPs and with allied community health. The post holder will be employed by Norheads Lane Surgery which is the host organisation that has been selected by the PCN to provide support for these roles but can expect to be based in practices (or at home). Management support to the post holder will be provided by the PCN Manager.


Paramedic £42-£48K

Are you an experienced paramedic who is passionate about providing excellent care to patients within the primary care setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Five Elms PCN, where you will spend time in each of the 5 practices in a patient-facing role. 

You will work autonomously within each practice alongside the wider team and will be well supported. 

We offer a variety of opportunities for ongoing professional development. 

You should be working towards Band 7, and be working competently already at Band 6 level

PCN Operations Manager £36-£40K

The role of the PCN Operations Manager is to oversee the PCN’s Enhanced Access Service delivered across the five member Practices. The individual must be a proactive starter who is adept at using all Microsoft Office and the Emis web clinical system. We are looking for a dynamic person with energy and a commitment to excellence. The role includes the coordination of different disciplines within the PCN’s clinical team to deliver services throughout the week and weekends.

This is an office-based role but will be required to travel to practices within the network.
