Enhanced Access
Weekend Clinics
As part of the Enhanced Access Programme, Five Elms PCN now runs clinics every Saturday where patients can access GP, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics and HCA appointments.
Enhanced Access Information

General Practice is required to deliver a range a primary care services between 18:30 – 20:00 on weekdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on Saturdays with some local discretion allowed. This is a compulsory change to the national primary care contract and Five Elms PCN took on the full running of this service from 1st April 2023
Stock Hill Medical Centre, Norheads Lane Surgery, Summercroft Surgery, Southborough Lane Surgery and The Bromley Common Medical Practice must work together to deliver these services under our network, known as Five Elms Primary Care Network (PCN).
Appointment times during the enhanced hours at our Saturday clinic MUST be pre-booked, walk-ins will not be permitted.

Clinicians will have access to your electronic patient records and will be able to consult as you would expect in your registered practice (if this is not possible you will be advised accordingly). Standard data protection and confidentiality policies are in place.

How to book an appointment
Please contact your registered practice to make any appointments. We strongly recommend where possible, that appointments are booked through your own Surgery. These clinics will be run from The Crown Medical Centre, 3, Mackintosh Street, Bromley BR2 9GT and every second Saturday of the month clinics will be run from Stock Hill Medical Centre, Stock Hill, Westerham TN16 3TJ

Our practices will remain open during our core opening times 08:00 – 18:30 and will continue appointments for their registered patients.
Practices will remain closed during bank holidays and enhanced hours will not be provided at these times.
